Documentation package handoff
Status: ACTIVE. Role: Tooling Engineer, then Release Engineer. Branch feature/6-coverage-website into dev, then dev into main for release 0.1.0.
State
Every row of [[architecture/CAPABILITIES]] is done: 75 modules, 15 suites with 474 checks, check, fmt, lint, and examples clean. Every source file, suite, and tool has a mirror under [[src/_MOC]], [[test/_MOC]], and [[tools/_MOC]].
Mutation testing is deferred past the first release. A partial run found survivors in the Api folder; Api/Export was closed at 100, Api/Lexer gained an edge suite. [[tools/Mutate]] runs by hand with --domain and shards.
Upstream compiler reports: chrismichaelps/pudu-lang#381, #382, #383.
Exact next action
After the 0.1.0 release, finish website/ from dev, build it with the package, and deploy preview then production.

Close mutation survivors module by module, starting with Api/Parser, Api/Catalog, and Api/Pages.
