First release of pudu-lang-docgen, a documentation publishing package for Pudu, written in Pudu.

• Articles in CommonMark with tables, task lists, footnotes, alerts, tabs, row and column layouts, includes, code excerpts by region and line range, static syntax highlighting, math, Mermaid and PlantUML diagrams, video embeds, emoji, and sanitized raw HTML.
• API reference generated from the public declarations of Pudu modules, with filter rules, nested or flattened layouts, member pages, categories, and source links; HTTP API reference from OpenAPI 3 and Swagger 2; structured API pages, catalog pages, and landing pages from YAML.
• Tables of contents in YAML, JSON, or Markdown; cross references by uid with exchanged maps and reference services; overwrite files; global and file metadata; templates with overridable partials, styles, and scripts; light, dark, and automatic themes; search, sitemap, redirects, SEO and social tags, footer links, and printable PDF documents.
• Typed configuration with exact error locations, whole-site link and fragment checks, diagnostic rules, incremental publishing, and a command line with build, metadata, serve with watching, pdf, init, template, download, merge, version, and help.

Requires Pudu 0.1.2 or later. Install with pudu install @chrismichaelps/pudu-lang-docgen@0.1.0.
