First release of pudu-lang-mediator, in-process messaging for Pudu, written in Pudu.

• Requests answered by one handler, commands answering (), notifications delivered to every handler, and streams of items, each identified by a typed kind; untyped dispatch of all three through envelopes.
• Pipelines composed once at build time in one documented order: exception actions and handlers, pre- and post-processors, and per-kind and open behaviors in registration order; stream behaviors that wrap the sink.
• Sequential, continuing, parallel, and bounded publishing strategies, or your own; a pulled stream reader with back-pressure; typed context items and cooperative cancellation; sender and publisher traits for narrow dependencies and test doubles.
• Validation, structured logging, and resilience behaviors built on pudu-lang-validator, pudu-lang-log, and pudu-lang-resilience.
