Pipeline

The pipeline is the fixed order every event passes: level check, template parse and capture, enrichment, filtering, and emission to the sinks and audit sinks ([[src/PuduLangLog/Pipeline]]). The level check comes first so disabled events cost nothing more; see [[subsystems/Pipeline]].
