Adds the remaining commands and page polish:
initscaffolds a working project.template listandtemplate exportcopy the built-in layout for customization.pdfassembles printable documents per table of contents and renders them with a configured or detected browser.downloadsaves a remote cross-reference map;mergecombines maps.serve --watchrebuilds when sources change.- Landing pages hide previous and next links; record signatures print without field comments; breadcrumbs follow the deepest matching item.
