Summary
- Replace the Capabilities cube grid with a three-step pipeline (Author/Build/Publish) and three Microsoft-style feature bands; add eyebrow, step, and band styles to the site CSS.
- All eight capabilities stay linked; Quick start unchanged.

Validation
- Site builds clean with the feature/6 toolchain (
Build succeeded: 204 written, 5 unchanged, 1 removed; only pre-existing WIP warning, unrelated to this change). - Served locally: home 200 with 3 steps + 3 bands, guide/API 200, missing path 404;
public/main.cssserves the new classes. - Fresh
_site/index.htmlmatches the redesign; test scaffolding reverted, so this change holds only the two website files.
