What it does

Where an event is answered.

A property of the event rather than of the framework. The server-rendered

model that sends every interaction across the network makes a control that

could have answered immediately wait for it; one that answers everything

locally cannot reach what only the server knows. Saying which per event is

the only arrangement that is right in both cases.
