This is a callable function.

What it does

Text padded on the left to at least width characters.

Whole copies of the filler are added until the width is reached, so a

filler longer than one character may pass it. Empty filler cannot widen

anything and leaves the text unchanged.

• Read arrows from left to right: inputs come first, and the final type is returned.
