This is a callable function.

What it does

Run an action for every line of a file, keeping nothing.

For an action that only reaches outside the program — printing a line,

writing it elsewhere. A caller gathering the lines wants foldLines,

because what this action assigns to a variable outside itself does not

leave the action.

Read the signature
