What it does
A request with a text body, and the length header that goes with it.
The length counts the body's UTF-8 bytes, which is what goes on the wire.
A byte body set earlier is replaced.
Read the signature

- Read arrows from left to right: inputs come first, and the final type is returned.
- & borrows a value for this call instead of moving or copying it.
