What it does

Whether a response to a method may be kept and used again.

A query is cacheable, which is the reason it exists rather than being a

post with a different name. What a cache stores it under has to take in the

request's body, since that is where the terms are: two queries to one

target asking different things are different requests, and a cache keyed on

the target alone would answer the second with the first's result.
