This is a callable function.

What it does

The form a request carried, when it carried one.

The seam between a handler and an uploaded form: a handler holds a request

and should not have to know how the parts were framed, or find the header

that says what separates them. What comes back keeps the sender's filename

as what it is — see [[Std Http Multipart]] for why that is never a path.

Read the signature
