This is a callable function.

What it does

The media types a resource accepts for a request that carries its terms in

its body, as the header that advertises them.

Sent with the refusal a resource gives a body it cannot read, so a client

told its request was unreadable is also told what would be readable. A

refusal that only said no would leave the client guessing.
