This is a callable function.

What it does

Every row of a comma-separated text, fields already unquoted.

A row's fields are not counted against any other row's. A file whose rows

disagree is still read, because a reader that refused it would leave a

caller no way to see what was wrong; `parseTable` is where the count starts

to matter, because a name per column is a promise about every row.

Read the signature

• The text after the name is the type checked by Pudu.
• Read arrows from left to right: inputs come first, and the final type is returned.
• Names inside [ ] are type arguments, such as the item type held by a collection.
• Result makes success and recoverable failure part of the function's type.
