Std.App.Metrics.Recording
trait
RecordingThis declaration names behavior that types can implement.
What it does
What a program measured, recorded one value at a time.
A request records several things about itself, and as methods they read in
the order they are measured rather than inside out. Every one of these
answers a whole registry, so the value recorded last is the outermost call
when they are written as functions — which is the reverse of the order the
program measured them in.
A metric nothing declared is not measured and is not an error: a module
reporting something the program did not declare should not be able to stop
it, and the absence is visible in what is rendered.
