Summary
- Promote dev (green CI on bdbdcd9, run 36429109988 success) to main as 0.1.0.
- Package pudu.toml is already 0.1.0; README install/build verified via pudu test (20/20, 184 assertions) and CLI --version smoke.
- Wiki parity: CHANGELOG records the release, active handoff points at tag + GitHub release.
Closes #25.
