Promotes dev to main for the first release of @chrismichaelps/pudu-lang-resilience 0.1.0 (#1).
Contents
- Pipelines, context, predicates, and the registry.
- Retry, circuit breaker, timeout, fallback, hedging, and rate limiter strategies; concurrency, token bucket, fixed window, sliding window, partitioned, and chained limiters.
- Chaos injection of faults, outcomes, latency, and behavior.
- Telemetry with a meter and a log listener; a manual clock and deterministic randomizers.
- A vault page per source file, kept in sync by
test/Package/VaultTest.
Verification

After merge, the release is tagged with pudu release 0.1.0.
