derivesclauses, trait and implementation methods, and every derive strategy, thepudu_expandtool, derive rules in every prompt, and derives used for the server's own JSON records. - Fixes from #12: a built server indexing only its own bundle (now the installed library, with
PUDU_MCP_LIB), instructions naming tools that did not exist, and a reported version trailing the package.
Verification
#12 passed checks and mutation on Linux against the published Pudu 0.1.3 archive: 22 suites with 518 assertions, every changed file at 100% mutation, and the sampled gate at 86 of 86.
