Initial log package #1

Ship the first release of @chrismichaelps/pudu-lang-log: structured event logging with message templates, levels and level switches, per-source overrides, enrichment and ambient context, filters and a filter expression language, capture and destructuring policies, text, JSON, compact JSON, and expression-template formatters, console, file (rolling, size limits, retention), async, batching, HTTP, and in-memory sinks, sub-loggers, conditional, fallible, fallback, and audit sinks, settings from JSON and key-value documents, a reloadable bootstrap logger, timed operations, and HTTP request logging.

Acceptance:

• Every public module has a suite covering success, failure, edge, and output cases.
• pudu check, pudu fmt --check, pudu lint, and pudu test are clean on Pudu 0.1.2.
• Mutation testing of the pure layer kills every valid mutant.
• Runnable examples, README, and a vault page per source file.
