chore(release): promote the initial log package to main #3

Promotes dev to main for the first release of @chrismichaelps/pudu-lang-log 0.1.0 (#1).

Contents

• Message templates, capture under limits, and destructuring rules that transform, ignore, or mask members.
• Logger, configuration, level switches, per-source overrides, context, enrichers, filters, sub-loggers, audit, fallible, and fallback sinks, and reloadable loggers.
• Settings read from key-value pairs, JSON, and environment variables through a registry of named sinks and enrichers.
• Text, JSON, and compact JSON formatting with a reader back into events; the expression language for filters, computed properties, and templates.
• Console, rolling file, HTTP, batching, async, memory, keyed, and observable sinks.
• Environment, process, and masking enrichers; request logging, correlation identifiers, timed operations, and a bridge from Std.Log.
• A vault page per source file, kept in sync by test/Package/VaultTest.

Verification

• #2 merged into dev with green checks and four mutation shards on Linux.
• 37 suites, 632 assertions; every example answers 0; domain mutation 456 of 456 killed.

After merge, the release is tagged with pudu release 0.1.0.
